- Ensure to include all parts of the item
- Include the original purchase receipt
- Mail or take your return to charlie beauty co within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, you will need to return your purchase to us unopened, unused, in its original packaging and original condition.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS RETURN
If you receive goods that are faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault and a photo.
INCORRECT ITEM RETURN
If you receive goods that are not what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 5 days of delivery.
ALLERGIC REACTION RETURN
The products we offer are health for your skin and as a result allergic reactions are extremely rare. If you have allergies to certain ingredients, please thoroughly peruse the ingredients list prior to purchasing to minimise unnecessary returns. In the rare instance you have had an allergic response to a product, please cease use of the product immediately and take a photo of the reaction. Allergic reaction returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
Products are eligible for replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged upon receipt, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.
Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition may only be returned if you have had an adverse reaction.
We stand by our products with a quality guarantee, and may provide you with an exchange or refund using your original payment method if items are found to be faulty, not doing what they’re supposed to do and/or significantly different to those shown or described to you. If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced an allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us via email or phone and ask to speak with one of our qualified therapists, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary.
Products are not eligible for refund once opened and/or used if the reason for return is due to clients incorrect selection of colour, shade or product type.
You will be responsible for postage or shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective or damaged.
charlie beauty co. is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be received by charlie beauty co. within 60 days of the purchase date.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
