We are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange on an item you have purchased from us.  Please refer to our product return policy below then complete the charlie beauty co Returns Form and we will be in contact within 2 business days.

  • Review our entire Return Policy below
  • Obtain authorisation to return the product by contacting us via submitting the returns form
  • Ensure to include all parts of the item
  • Include the original purchase receipt
  • Mail or take your return to charlie beauty co within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed

Products are eligible for replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged upon receipt, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.

Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition may only be returned if you have had an adverse reaction.

We stand by our products with a quality guarantee, and may provide you with an exchange or refund using your original payment method if items are found to be faulty, not doing what they’re supposed to do and/or significantly different to those shown or described to you. If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced an allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us via email  and one one of our qualified therapists will contact you, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary.

Products are not eligible for refund once opened and/or used if the reason for return is due to clients incorrect selection of colour, shade or product type.   Please contact charlie beauty co. prior to purchase if you require assistance with your product selection.

You will be responsible for postage or shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective or damaged.

charlie beauty co. is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be received by charlie beauty co. within 60 days of the purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind Returns  Please choose items carefully - unfortunately the personal nature of many of the goods that we sell means that they are excluded from change of mind returns for health and safety reasons.

Sale Item Returns - Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty. 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be posted to you by Australia Post that day or by the next business day following the date of purchase. Depending on the delivery postcode you should receive your products 1 to 2 business days from when it was posted.

 

Items Unavailable

If for any reason we are out of stock of the item you have purchased, we will advise you within one business day. If this is the case, you will have the option of waiting until the item is available, order an alternative product, or receive a refund for the item.
