The details:

Plan Terms:
- Each plan is for a minimum of 3 months (13 weeks)
- Plans then auto renew on a month to month basis
- If you no longer want to remain on your plan and don’t want it to auto renew, please notify us in writing with least 30 days notice
How we help you with your skin:
- At the commencement of your plan you will complete an online skin assessment where we will analyse your skin, your skins history, your skin concerns and skin goals
  - We create your individual skin treatment plan and provide referrals if needed
  - We provide individualised education, hint’s, through your individual skin plan and our PDF skin guides
- We encourage 3 monthly skin check-ins where we will update and adjust your skin plan if/as needed
- We encourage you to touch base if/when you need advice with your skin
Logistics:
- At the commencement of your plan the entire amount of your plan spend will be credited to your Charlie Beauty Co account
  - i.e 13 weeks (or 91 days) x your daily plan $$
  - At the end of the 13 week initial plan your plan will auto renew on a monthly basis. Your Charlie Beauty Co account will then be credited on a weekly basis with your weekly payment amount.
- You will have the flexibility to purchase products online using your account credit as recommended from your skin plan as you need them
- Your store credit amount and your % discount will automatically be displayed when you are logged into your account
Can I cancel my plan? Each plan is for a minimum of 3 months. Simply notify us in writing giving us at least 30 days notice and we will cancel your plan.
