Sometimes it just you are just not happy with your purchase choice, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.*
- Items must be returned within 60 days after your purchase date.
- We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging in its original condition for change of mind or if you ordered incorrect item
- Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
- Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
- Refunds will apply to your original payment method use

Damaged in transit
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery using the refundid portal below. Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Charlie beauty co. will cover any shipping costs.
